(2016/U9-2006/U19 Boys & 2016/U9 - 2011/U14 Girls teams)

IN ORDER TO PLAY IN THE FALL 2024/2025 GAMING LEAGUE, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUMS BY JUNE 15, 2024



1) MINIMUM # OF PLAYERS ON THE TEAM

U9/10 = MIN 9/ MAX 12
U11/12 = MIN 11/ MAX 15
U13-14 = MIN 13/MAX 18

U15 – MIN 13/MAX 18 primary or multi-rostered players.

Utilizing the club pass is restricted to club pass policies in section 6334. The Affinity Team Roster (ATR) will allow club passed players to bring the roster to a max of twenty-two (22) where the 4 additional roster spots are strictly for Club Passing. No U15 team may regularly roster more than 18 players. Coaches are responsible to ensure that the Game Day Roster (GDR) shall not have more than 18 players.

U16-19 = MIN 13/MAX 22 players. (18 GDR)

Coaches are responsible to ensure that the Game Day Roster (GDR) shall not have more than 18 players. Players who are required to serve a suspension must remain active on the roster until the suspension is served and count toward the max allowed on the Game Day Roster.

You can add players at any time during the year, but you need to have at least the minimum number registered to your roster by June 15th, 2024.

- ADDING A PLAYER AFTER YOUR TEAM IS ACTIVATED - If you add a player after the team is activated, you will see them at the bottom of your roster as an Unassigned Player.  Just send an email to admin@swatsoccer.com with your team name and player’s name and we will manually move them onto your roster.

-ADDING A TEAM ADMINISTRATOR AFTER YOUR TEAM IS ACTIVATED - Same as new players, they will show up at the bottom of your roster and will need to be added manually by us. Shoot us an email (admin@swatsoccer.com) and we will move them up. Be sure to let us know what role they will serve on your team.

 
2) PROPERLY LICENSED COACH WITH CLEARED BACKGROUND CHECK.

 When you register a background check is automatically initiated.  If you have a red R to the left of your name that means that your background check needs to be manually cleared by UYSA.  Call 801.307.5150.  

Proper License..if you have a red L to the left of your name that means your license level is not correct. Go here for more licensing info.

ALL team admins must also have a 2024 Heads Up Concussion Certificate & 2024 Safe Sport Trained Certificate. This includes Team Managers. Your team cannot be activated without current completion certificates for every team admin. Go here for more certificate info.


3) ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PROPERLY LICENSED ASSISTANT COACH WITH A CLEARED BACKGROUND CHECK.  

Your team cannot be activated and put it in the gaming league without an AC. Same criteria is required for Head Coach and Assistant Coach.


4) IF THE COACH REQUIRES A WAIVER, WAIVER MUST BE ACCEPTED AND LISTED IN THE COACH PROFILE.  

A waiver is only good for one season. There are no extensions. SWAT prefers that ALL coaches attend the in-person Grassroots course. For a complete list of UYSA Grassroots course, click here. 5) ALL ADMIN AND PLAYER PHOTOS UPLOADED, FACE ONLY AND THE PROPER SIZE.

The system will not allow your team to be activated if a player is missing a photo. When a player registers in Affinity, the system will automatically delete their player photo if it is older than 150 days.  Parents need to be prepared to upload a new face only player photo during the registration process.


6) ALL PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATES UPLOADED.  

If the player has a B to the left of their name, there is something uploaded into that spot. RiskMgt@league30.org will be checking all birth certificates. If there is an issue the parent will be emailed directly. Sometimes the file can be so small we can't read it and it needs to be replaced. If we have trouble getting a parent to respond, we will let the coach know.


7) ALL PLAYER FEES PAID.  

If there is a red X to the right of the player's name that means they have not paid in full.   If a payment fails while being processed, the parent will receive an email to the email address they use in Affinity. Admin@swatsoccer.com also gets a notification. Instructions will be sent to the parent on how to re-submit the payment or choose a different payment method.

To fix a failed payment, please have your player follow these instructions.

1. Goto www.utahyouthsoccer.net
2.  Click on Member Login, in the upper right hand corner
3. Type in your UYSA username and password
4. This will bring up your "My Account."  Under Family Members, you will see your player's name.  Click on View Payments.
5.  This will open up a box.  Click on "Edit Payment" next to the Fall/Spring 2024-25 season.
5. This will open up a page that says Payment/Order Detail.  It looks just like the payment page during registration.  Please select your payment option and follow the instructions.
6.  If this doesn't work, contact Affinity Customer Support for help figuring out why it's not working.

9) submit alignment information -due june 8, 2024
