Uniforms:

We will have 2 bulk order cut off dates. If you order within these cut off dates, your items will ship packaged by team to SWAT. We will then get that team package to your coach. There is a $3 shipping fee per order this way.

After the 2 cut off bulk order dates, Items will ship directly to your home but you will be charged for the full shipping cost. Minimum of $15 per order.

****Please note that the Women’s Jerseys do NOT automatically come in Women’s Cut. You must select Woman’s Cut from the drop down size menu. This option is only available in adult sizes.****

A few things you need to know when ordering:

Team Name:

You need your team name. This will look something like this: SWAT '05B – DR .

The ('05B) is the Birth Year of the team. ('05B) the B is for Boys, a G would be Girls. The DR at the end is your coaches initials.

If you have multiple players from your family on different teams, please choose one(1) team for all your kids. All the uniforms will ship together with that team.

Player Number:

This is your Jersey Number. Please check with your coach to make sure you don't order the same number as another player on your team. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed/exchanged or refunded. Any ordering questions need to be directed to andrew@protimesports.com

Uniform Packages:

You have the option to purchase a bundle that will save you money over buying individual items later.

The basic Required package includes both Home and Away Jerseys, Practice Jersey, pair of shorts and socks. (Check the website for exact items)

The expanded package includes the Basic Kit plus a Backpack, Warm up set.

These kits are at a reduced bundle pricing.

Shipping Time:

Shipping is approx 4 weeks from the Bulk Cut off Date.
