Support the L30 Scholarship Program by linking your Amazon account and/or Smith’s Reward Card to our non-profit League 30 UYSA organization. Every time you shop at SmileAmazon.com & Smith’s, a portion of the purchase price gets donated back to L30. All donations are ear-marked for the L30 Scholarship Fund & TWO L30 soccer players receive scholarship awards each year!

L30 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
L30 selects TWO RECIPIENTS (one male and one female soccer player) to receive an annual scholarship award to be used towards expenses in an accredited college, university, community college or towards an ecclesiastical mission that is privately funded.
Graduating high school seniors who are registered to L30 (which includes SWAT Soccer!) are encouraged to apply.
Applicants or their families must be enrolled in the L30 Fundraisers - Amazon Smiles & Smith’s Inspiring Donations Program (details below).
SMITH’S INSPIRING DONATIONS
Smith’s Inspiring Donations® makes fund-raising easy..all you have to do is shop at SmithsFoodAndDrug and swipe your Rewards Card!
L30 Supporters wishing to link their Reward card to League 30 will need to register on-line at
SmithsFoodandDrug.com/inspire.
Participants click on “I’m a Customer: Want to enroll in Community Rewards.” Search for League 30 UYSA or code: MU896 to link their Smith’s reward Card.
Each time you shop at Smith’s and use your reward Card, L30 automatically starts earning money from Smith’s. Customers will still receive their full fuel points credit at the pump.

How do I select a charitable organization to support when shopping on AmazonSmile?
On your first visit to AmazonSmile smile.amazon.com, you need to select a charitable organization (League 30 UYSA) to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. We will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation.
